Art has no rules. It doesn’t matter if you simply paint a little on a Saturday afternoon or you have regular exhibitions at the Tate, art is art, it’s freedom to express. Even if you think you can’t even draw a stickman, if you admire art, you have the capabilities to create your own masterpiece.
