We will begin by focusing on your career. Looking at your current job role, roles that you have held in the past, aspirations you had as a younger version of yourself and seeing if there is a connection or underlying pattern to your choices.
How many jobs have you had? How many times have you changed your mind about a business venture or changed jobs and how did it leave you feeling? What did you want to be when you grew up? Did you ever become that? What made you choose the roles you chose?
Does your employment bring you joy? Does your business spark passion within you? Are you fulfilling your soul’s desire or are you simply hustling to pay the bills?
Let’s have an open and honest conversation about the topic, help you gain some clarity and reignite your passion for what you do.
The one theme that will run throughout the course is REBELLION - standing in your own power, making choices that work for you, not giving in to the external pressure and societal expectations and finally being able to let go of the shame you have carried through life because of your differences.
Your uniqueness, your differences, your quirkiness... are your SUPERPOWERS!
If you have always known there was something different about you...
If you prefer to forge new paths, rather than taking the road everyone else travels...
If you long to understand more about yourself...
You need to be a part of this Rebellion.

You need to be a part of this Rebellion.
“You need to pick a niche.”
“Just focus on ONE offer at a time.”
“You need to do a full-on launch, with a crazy busy runway and tons of attractive lead magnets.”
“You need to work your butt off and hustle like a crazy person to make mega bucks.”
“You need to have loads of free stuff to draw clients in.”
“You should pick a job and stick with it, not keep jumping from one thing to the next.”
“You can’t just abandon a launch halfway through.”
REALLY?!
WHY?!
In the second chapter of Rebellion, we will be looking at the “advice” commonly given by business gurus, in the coaching industry, that just doesn’t work for rebels and fellow creatives and instead, we will talk about creating your own rules, or doing away with the rule book entirely and creating a business that works for you, harnessing your very own superpowers!
Your business. Your rules. Your boundaries.
You make the magic happen and you know what works best for you.

We have already established what you do for work, but what about in other areas of life?
How many different hats do you wear day to day?
Are you a parent? A partner? A carer? A teacher? A gardener? A baker? A chef? A bookkeeper? A pet owner? A cleaner?
Are you the person that everyone relies on, to be the glue that keeps it all together?
You could probably give yourself dozens of labels or hats.
You may well feel like you are having to keep multiple plates spinning, whilst simultaneously juggling a few different sized balls for good measure! Sound familiar?
Let’s talk about multitasking, coping in the face of adversity and using our natural gifts as women, to allow us to put some of those spinning plates down for a while and be ok with dropping the odd ball here and there.
We have established the plethora of roles you play, but WHO are YOU?
What traits do you have, as a person?
What morals do you hold?
What do you value above all else?
When was the last time you felt SEEN… as YOU?
Not as mum or a wife or taxi driver or piggy bank or member of the PTA or volunteer at the local charity shop…
When did someone last see YOU?
Join us for The Rebellion

Join us for The Rebellion
Each of us has a mixture of feminine and masculine energies, traits, characteristics and so on and when they are in balance, we can draw on each of their strengths and attributes and do well in most areas of life, but when they are out of balance, it can affect us quite substantially.
If you identify as someone that obsesses over how productive they are, or about their career and achievements and you are very action orientated, always on the go, feeling the need to be “doing” things, then there’s a good change you are spending a lot of time in your masculine energy.
If, on the other hand, you are more interested in being still, having faith in the process, following your intuition and you are a very naturally creative and nurturing type, you are utilising your feminine energy.
In part 4 of Rebellion, we are going to discuss the masculine and feminine energies, the left and right sides of the brain, the left and right sides of the body and how to notice when these things are out of balance and how by being more aware of the energy you are in, you can gently but firmly bring yourself back in to alignment, whilst still utilising the powers of both masculine and feminine energy!
We will also be looking at some situations where you perhaps found yourself predominantly in one energy for a considerable period of time and examine why that may have been and potentially how you could have responded differently and what that might have looked like for you.
You really do get to have the best of both worlds – the productive, logical, analytical mind AND the creative, intuitive, nurturing mind.
Everything in moderation.

“I should really do some housework.”
“I should sit and plan 30 days worth of content.”
“I should exercise more.”
“I should eat organic/vegetarian/vegan.”
“I should cook all my meals from scratch.”
“I should have plenty of savings stashed away for a rainy day.”
“I should meditate every day without fail.”
“I should share my life on social media, but only the good bits.”
“I should send my children to school.”
“I should home educate my children.”
“I should get up at 6am every day.”
“I should be in bed by 10pm every night.”
“I should be working from 9 til 5, Monday to Friday.”
“I should be working around the clock to get my business off the ground.”
“I should go out with my friends more.”
“I should read more.”
“I should spend more time gardening.”
Should, should, should…..
I think we have all been guilty of it at one time or another.
Patriarchal and societal conditioning are still going strong and definitely contribute to the society of “shoulds” that we find ourselves in.
We should do this, we shouldn’t do that.
We can’t say this because it’s not politically correct.
We can’t do that because society won’t accept it.
In part 5 of Rebellion, we are going to talk about this “society of shoulds” and the expectations placed upon us by others and the high standards and expectations we place upon ourselves and the effect that can have on us.
Just because Susan down the road bakes fresh pancakes for her daughter every morning before packing her off to school for the day, doesn’t mean that you can’t sit and eat coco pops with your kids in the morning and spend the day digging for worms in the garden to make a wormery for your home ed project. Both are valid.
Perhaps old Bert across the street fills his garden with hundreds of colourful lights and blow up santa and Rudolph ornaments every Christmas, but that doesn’t take anything away from the paperchains that you and the kids made out of recycled paper and hung around the house. Both are valid.
Maybe Karen works 60 hours a week, working her butt off in a job she hates, just so she can keep up with the Jones’ and buy all the latest gadgets and gizmos and designer clothes and you chose to only work a few hours a day, from home, doing something that you love, that brings abundance your way and you couldn’t give a monkeys what the Jones’ are doing. Both are valid.
Just because THEY do that, doesn’t mean YOU have to.
You get to decide what you do and don’t do and you shouldn’t feel pressured into making decisions based purely on what you feel you SHOULD do.
Do what makes you happy!
To hell with society.
Let them talk.
The Rebels are rising and we are not afraid to stand our ground.

The Rebels are rising and we are not afraid to stand our ground.
Your intuition is that gut feeling you get about something.
It’s the ability to understand something without the need for conscious or logical reasoning.
It is an instinctive, internal, visceral feeling.
When you can’t really explain it, but…
When something just feels so right…
When you can’t quite put your finger on what it is, but something just feels “off” about a person or situation…
Learning to trust your intuition, and in turn trust yourself, can be challenging at first.
You might write things off as coincidences.
You might question yourself.
But once you have faith in yourself, as well as in the universe, your intuition is a very powerful tool.
Empathy, on the other hand, is the ability to understand and share the feelings of another.
As an empath, you can not only metaphorically put yourself in someone else’s shoes and understand what they are going through, but you can feel their emotions, pick up on their subtle energies and sometimes even experience their discomfort and ailments.
It took me quite a long time to be able to discern between my own aches and pains and those of people around me. To be honest, to begin with, I didn’t even realise that I was experiencing other people’s energy and ailments, I just thought I was getting randomly ill or having crazy mood swings!
These days I know better, and for the most part, can tell the difference and have also taught myself more about grounding and protection – things I wish I understood years ago, when I would spend time with energy vampires who would drain the hell out of me!
So, in the sixth and final chapter, we will be talking about all things intuitive, empathic, clairsentient and claircognizant – all gifts that I myself have, but don’t usually talk about.
We will also round things off with a Q and A session, where the floor will be yours to ask questions about anything we have covered over the six weeks, or even things we haven’t!
